Project: City Hall Project

Location: Maroochydore, QLD

  • The project included over 100 system solutions spanning across 7 building levels, with system types ranging from small huddle rooms through to a 12m wide multi-touch LED foyer video wall and advanced Council Chambers system solution.

Project: Dell Chatswood Fitout

Location: Sydney, NSW

  • Videopro recently completed the Dell Sydney Consolidation Project, a project which combines three Sydney offices into one across five building floors at Chatswood. This exciting office creates a hub for ideas and innovation for Dell staff and its customers, providing a place for customer education and employee interaction; a new environment to excit, engage and inspire.

  • The audio-visual package features innovative technologies for over 50 system solutions. A multitude of system types and spaces have been delivered, including solutions for a Customer Experience Centre and Theatre, Internal Training Rooms, Boardroom, Video Conferencing Meeting Rooms, Combinable Rooms, Collaboration Trolleys, LED Digital Signage, & Ad-hoc Collaboration Spaces.

Project: Sydney Office Reimagining

Location: Sydney CDB, NSW

  • The project included the provision of 16 systems incorporated into spaces ranging from small meeting rooms through to a large presentation focused town hall.

CAMPUS INNOVATION AT TAFE ROBINA

Video Conferencing is not only a fundamental requirement in the workplace. Find out how TAFE Queensland’s innovative new campus at Robina is Queensland’s first BYOD campus, encouraging collaborative learning whilst bridging the gap between on-campus and at-home study.

  • TAFE Queensland Robina campus opened its doors in 2022, leading the way as a sustainable vocational institution. Videopro feels incredibly proud to have worked with the TAFE on this innovative campus, TAFE Queensland’s first BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) campus.

    As a live training campus, students at the TAFE can practice their new-found skills via public venues and facilities that include TQ Fitness, Green Fields Bar + Restaurant, Seepod Cafe, Robina Events & Conference Centre, Nature’s Hairdressing & Barber Salon, Nature’s Escape Beauty Salon, and Child Care Facilities.

    Videopro delivered a multitude of system types within this facility, including Lecture & Conference Rooms, Computer Rooms, GLA’s, Student Pod’s, Gymnasium, Cafe, Restaurant, Training Kitchens, Outdoor Terrace & Beauty Room/Hairdressing System solutions.

Project: APAC Office Fitout

Location: Brisbane CBD, QLD

  • Before taking occupancy of a stunning industrial building in Brisbane’s CBD, Populous engaged Videopro to deliver a design and construct audio-visual services package covering the 800sqm office.

    With Populous being a design focused client, the technology needed to not only be functional and easy to use, but had to aesthetically blend into the built environment. Videopro collaborated with Populous for nearly a year in marrying form and function in design.

  • Reception & Main Foyer Area featuring a 5 x 2.5m LED Video Wall, Boardroom & Meeting Rooms featuring Crestron Flex Microsoft Teams Rooms conferencing, Grandstand featuring a 3x3 Video Wall coupled with multi-camera Microsoft Teams Rooms conferencing & Bose sound reinforcement.

Project: Great Southern Bank Fitout

Location: Brisbane CBD, QLD

  • The audio-visual package features over 40 individual spaces spanning across four levels. Room types range from 4-6P, 8P, 10P, 12P, & 16P meeting rooms. Bespoke designed spaces include a large boardroom, multipurpose café/town hall space, four combinable training rooms; with digital signage throughout.

Project: NIOA Fitout

Location: Brisbane Airport, QLD

  • NIOA built a new five-storey building at their Brisbane location, with multiple meeting rooms, an open atrium area and a penthouse CEO boardroom featured.

  • For the video conferencing spaces, Videopro chose products from the Crestron Flex range. These devices enable users to enter the space without the need to bring their own device. When they arrive into a room, users can use the touch panel’s one-touch-join, being able to begin video conferencing immediately.

Project: JCU Ideas Lab

Location: Cairns, QLD

Traditional Custodians: Yidinji People

  • The $30m Ideas Lab is a technology rich facility housing an atrium, meeting rooms, electronics labs, workshops and teaching spaces. The building façade features projection on both the east and north walls, advertising JCU content to passing traffic. At night, the building is transformed by projected moving images and colour to become a focal point in the landscape.

  • Balancing the challenges of locating bulky audio-visual equipment in the architecturally designed teaching spaces with providing serviceability for the JCU AV team, Videopro provided 4K centralised switching throughout the facility.

    The internal LED video wall in the buildings Atrium is a standout feature, with AMX control, JBL speakers and collaborative video/web conferencing featured.

Project: Brisbane Office Fitout

Location: Bowen Hills, QLD

  • Aurecon, a global engineering and advisory firm engaged Videopro to provide a suite of technology solutions for their workplace being built in Brisbane, Queensland. From early consultations through to post project ongoing support, Videopro delivered a complete end-to-end solution encapsulating workplace and audio-visual technologies.

  • Being located in one of Australia’s largest engineered timber office buildings with open architecture, Videopro collaborated with Aurecon to produce an IT centric suite of solutions that reduced cabling infrastructure requirements. All workplace technologies reside on the client network for centralised management and distribution of audio, video and control.

Project: Aurizon Head Office Fitout

Location: Fortitude Valley, QLD

  • The Aurizon 900 Ann Street project required the delivery of 250 systems spanning over 15 levels. The incorporation of a Smart Workplace platform solution was paramount in ensuring people, place and technology seamlessly coexisted. For this purpose, Videopro implemented the ACA platform, providing room booking, wayfinding, space utilisation and cloud-based audio-visual system(s) control.

Project: Queensland Treasury Corporation Fitout

Location: Brisbane CBD, QLD

  • With its move to new offices in Brisbane’s CBD, QTC needed a new approach to technology in the workplace. Whilst requiring the latest meeting, collaboration and presentation technologies, QTC’s previous experience was complexity inhibiting wide-spread adoption of its audio-visual systems. Its new office location needed deployed systems that were simple to use and manage.

    In collaboration with services consultants WSP, Videopro created a suite of workplace technology systems that are intuitive and simple to use. All audio-visual services are fully integrated with QTC’s ICT network, with Crestron Fusion supporting all maintenance and support services, providing an additional layer of comfort and surety for systems users and QTC’s IT team.

  • Three levels of Meeting Rooms, Shared Spaces, Training Rooms, & a Boardroom.

Project: Brisbane State Headquarters

Location: Queen Street, Brisbane

  • The project included 77 system solutions spanning across four levels, with system types ranging from small huddle rooms through to high-end boardrooms and combinable function rooms.

  • Samsung Interactive Displays, Planar Video Walls, Wireless Collaboration, Cisco Video Conferencing with active speaker tracking, IPTV System, Epson Projection, ACA Engine for workplace management system.
