Advanced Replacement UNDER WTAAS


If we diagnose equipment as being faulty, Videopro quickly replaces that system component via our Advanced Replacement provisions, it’s that easy.

Advanced Replacement within 1-2 Business Days (Travel time permitting).

Equipment is backed by Manufacturer Warranties for the full term, providing assurance that both Videopro & the manufacturer are providing coverage.

Videopro holds supporting stock coupled with a mature national logistics network to rapidly supply our client partners with replacement.

Adoption Services Under WTAAS


Ever walked into a meeting space and asked how does this conferencing system work? And then witnessed everyone in the room shrug their shoulders? As employees’ and supporting staff come and go from an organisation, understanding and familiarity with the critical systems that support how we work can be diluted.

Every year under our WTaaS subscription plans, we revisit our client partners to perform an Adoption Health Check. We review your system(s) usage analytics and survey teams to ensure comfort upon system use is healthy. If required, we then perform Refresher Training to remedy any deterioration in user confidence, restoring a positive user experience to encourage continued adoption.

SUSTAINABILITY UNDER WTAAS


What happens to replaced equipment upon a refresh? We either refurbish and donate if suitable, or dispose of old equipment via e-waste recycling.

Our Design Engineers seek out Energy Star rated products for our WTaaS solutions where applicable.

We extend preference towards suppliers who apply recycled materials in manufacturing, or hold a firm commitment towards sustainability.
