  • Complete system installation is included. We assist in providing all needed design drawings and dependency requirement outlines to ensure a successful installation and deployment takes place in coordination.

  • We have 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty coverage in place for all supplied system components. Videopro provides Advanced Replacement of faulty equipment, 1-2 Business Days (Travel time permitting). Priority Help Desk support is provided within Business Hours, initial response within 30 minutes.

  • Microsoft Teams Rooms Basic is included with the supplied system. If you add a Logitech Scribe Whiteboard Camera or Logitech TAP Schedular to a room solution, you will need to acquire a Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro License, currently prices @ $54.90 per room/month with Microsoft.
